Monday 13th - A travel day today. Pack up and check out of our Copenhagen hotel, say our goodbyes to Quentin & Kai and catch our flight to Helsinki. We arrived at about 3:30pm, checked into the hotel and then had a walk around town to get our bearings.

Tuesday 14th - Either too much excitement or a bit if jet lag has hit today and it was a bit of a slow one. Hid some walking around some of the sights and an early return to the hotel for an early night. The highlight of the day was catching up with Janne (a friend of Quentin's) for lunch.

Wednesday 15th - A day around the harbour today starting with a trip over to the Suomenlinna Sea Fortress followed by a tour around Helsinki Harbour and surrounding islands. We also took in a couple  more churches before it was beer'o'clock, ie , the wooden church (totally built from timber) and the rock church (built into rock). Beer'o'clock was particularly pleasant today with 21oC of glorious sunshine creating the perfect ambience. Then it was back to the hotel for a freshen up then back into town for dinner.
