This adventure began on Thursday August 9th with Thai & SAS flights
from Melbourne to Bangkok and then to Copenhagen. Arrival at 6:30am. The
flight to Bangkok was on time but a delay to the departure of the flight
to Copenhagen left us in Bangkok for 5 1/2 hours.

| Friday 10th - Well we finally got there with a few issues on the way - The retractable handle on the big bag broke and we have to carry it, we arrived at the hotel ay 9:30 to be advised a room wouldn't br ready until 2:00pm and my mobile has refused to work. Not happy Jan. Anyway we dumped the bags at the hotel and went for a long walk. We eventually got into a room at noon, showered and changed and we all ready for our friends Quentin & Kai from Germany arrive. And got the phone working again.

| Saturday 11 - In the morning we met up with Quentin & Kai to have a look around the local area. we then met up with Klaus & Peter for lunch. A few more sights in the afternoon and it was off to Klaus & Pater's house for pre dinner drinks and then out for dinner where we were also joined by Paul & Nicholai

Sunday 12th - We did our own thing today and hired a car for a Sunday drive in the country. We went up north to Helsingor to look at Kronborg Castle (Hamlets Caslte). From there it was a short car ferry trip across to Helsingborg Sweden and then onto the university city of Lund. The return to Copenhagen was via the Øresund Bridge. We later caught up with Quentin & Kai for dinner and drinks.
